This notice explains how Identiqo handles personal data when you visit this website or contact Nataša Fucijaš.

Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is IDENTIQO, a Croatian sole proprietorship for cybersecurity and IT consulting, owned by Nataša Fucijaš, Ratka Petrovića 9, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. Contact: natasa@identiqo.eu.

What data is processed and why?

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message, to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential cooperation and, where relevant, establish or perform a business relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or my legitimate interest in managing business communications.

Basic technical data, such as IP address, request time, browser information, requested page and related server logs, may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver, operate and protect the website.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Your language choice may be stored locally in your browser so the website can remember your preference. This information is not sent to Identiqo.

Service providers and international transfers

The website is hosted using Cloudflare, and email is provided through Microsoft 365. These providers may process limited personal data on my behalf. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the providers use applicable legal safeguards.

How long is data retained?

Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the potential or existing business relationship, and longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing or, where applicable, request data portability. To exercise your rights, email natasa@identiqo.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
